1. You are Both a Patient and a Partner in Wellness.

We believe that healing and transformation requires an authentic relationship and supportive partnership between the patient and practitioner.

Earley Wellness Group is founded on the belief that education and communication are keys to healing and empowerment. We encourage our patients to form a new and different type of partnership with their health care practitioners: you are a patient -- as well as a partner -- in the healing process.

Our approach is personalized, interactive, and holistic:
  • Personalized:
Beginning with the initial treatment, your practitioner will spend a significant amount of time learning about your health history, exploring your health concerns and goals for treatment, and collaborating with you to develop a tailored treatment plan.
  • Interactive:
The more you actively engage in your healing process, the more effective your treatment will be. We walk alongside you as a partner in wellness– empowering you to become an active participant in the healing process. We provide a safe space for you to discuss your health concerns in an open and honest manner. We promote trust and effective communication by listening deeply and providing supportive, compassionate feedback. We also encourage you to create a deeper connection with yourself by becoming your own health advocate.
  • Holistic:
We work with you to explore the mind-body-spirit relationship, seeking to treat the root causes of your concerns, not simply the symptoms. We encourage you to think about illness, injury, and disease as teachers and messengers -- your signs and symptoms are guideposts to help you move along in your journey of healing and transformation. We encourage you to take care of your health by eating nutritious foods and by getting adequate sleep and exercise.

2. Our Specialist Teams Provide High-Quality, State-of-the-Art Care.

Our team approach enables us to treat a wide variety of health concerns based on the most current, evidence-based recommendations for treatment. Our practitioners are board-certified, licensed acupuncturists and Chinese herbalists who have extensive training in their specialty areas. Each team member contributes a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice, strengthening the team and ensuring that clients have access to timely, high-quality care.

Our approach focuses on specialized, individualized care that reflects best practices in the delivery of acupuncture.

Specialists

With team members who are carefully selected based on their training and experience, our group practice focuses on a broad array of specialized services in the following areas:

  • Fertility, infertility and gynecological care
  • Pain management
  • Sports medicine
  • Cancer support
  • Stress-related and mental health issues
Including digestive problems, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and depression
  • Transformational healing and change

In addition, individual team members specialize in facial rejuvenation, Lyme disease, smoking cessation, addiction, and other areas. Where appropriate, we develop partnerships with a variety of other types of health care providers, including oncologists, obstetricians and gynecologists, psychologists, and pain management specialists, among others.

Individual Care:

Although we work in teams, each patient at Earley Acupuncture Group has an individual primary practitioner who is responsible for your overall care. When you call for your first appointment, we will work with you to select a practitioner that specializes in your area of concern. And, if for some reason you need care on days when your practitioner is not working, then there will be a seamless transition to another team member who will know about your treatments and give you continuous care.

Best Practices:

Our practitioners engage in a continuous quality care improvement process. We stay abreast of the latest recommendations for quality care and our practitioners are leaders in developing “Best Practices” for the field of acupuncture using evidence-based treatment planning.

3. We Stand on Insight and a Culture of Learning. We use deep listening and insight awareness techniques to promote shifts in body-mind-spirit health.

Your emotional intelligence and personal insight are essential to your healing. Our practitioners are trained in techniques to help you discover the answers and solutions to your concerns. Combining your life insights with the brilliance of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques will help bring you back to homeostasis (balance) and true health. Our approach includes: healing through shifts in consciousness and awareness, deep listening, and the skillful use of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Healing Through Shifts of Consciousness:

Clients often come to us with a clear understanding of the issues they want to address in their lives, but find themselves stuck in their inability to take action and move forward. For example, a client who wants to lose weight might have all the information and skills needed to lose weight but lack the motivation to exercise or change her eating patterns. Our job is to help engage her in a self-discovery process -- to understand the underlying issues that contribute to her eating patterns and to help her find the tools and resources she needs to make a change. Our practitioners are trained to help facilitate and promote significant shifts in awareness, enabling you to make more conscious, intentional choices about your life.

Deep Listening:

Often, clients find that the unspoken or the de-emphasized aspects of a problem lead them to the “root cause” of the overall health concern. Our practitioners listen deeply to your concerns, providing a safe place for self-exploration and self-reflection.

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine to Assist with Healing

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a brilliant medical technique used over the centuries to cure diseases and promote well-being. At its essence, TCM maps the energetic body to explain how and why a patient has a certain disease, and provides guidelines for treating unhealthy energetic patterns. Our practitioners have the capacity to assess imbalances in the energetic body and then use various acupuncture points and herbal medicine to assist with healing.

4. Our approach is designed to help you set personal health goals, establish benchmarks, track progress, and achieve measurable change.

At Earley Wellness Group, your healing progress is the best measure of our success. Results matter. Healthy outcomes matter. Solutions matter.

Results Driven:

At your first appointment, your practitioner will review your health issues and work with you to design your health goals. During the course of treatment, she will work closely with you to track and evaluate the impact of each session and monitor your progress in reaching your health goals.

Symptoms as Teachers:

During the course of treatment, we will teach you to observe changes – big and small. Our practitioners will collaborate with you to help teach you to listen to your body and follow the signs it gives you to reach more balance. We encourage you to trust your intuition and deepen your sense of inner-knowing by helping you track subtle changes that often lead to significant transformation.

Balance and Homeostasis:

At Earley Wellness Group, our ultimate goal is to help you discover – and maintain — a deep and profound sense of harmony, balance, and joy. The journey of health is a path worth taking. We look forward to walking the path with you!
